Our Work

A look at a few of the homes we've bought, renovated, and sold. Every project starts with a family who needed a fast, fair way out, and ends with a home that's ready for the next one.

Manor Place

Shreveport, LA

This was our very first flip, and it's still one we're proud of. The place hadn't been touched in decades: dated gold cabinets, a rooster wallpaper border in the kitchen, and a roofline that needed real attention. We gutted the kitchen and went with a bright white palette and a navy island, but in the guest bathroom we made a different call. The original mint green tile was still in great shape and had real character, so we built the new vanity and fixtures around it instead of tearing it out. A few months later the house had a fresh roofline, new shutters, and a yard a family could actually enjoy.

A 1912 Home, Saved

Shreveport, LA

This 1912 Shreveport home was actually on the city's demolition list when we picked it up. We bought it as a favor to a family going through the loss of a loved one, and a house with this much history deserved better than getting torn down. Behind the boarded up windows was a genuinely well built old home, with original hardwood floors, a brick fireplace, and a staircase we brought back to life instead of replacing. We modernized the kitchen and bathroom, freshened up every room, and gave Shreveport back a piece of its history instead of one more empty lot.

A Haughton Flip

Haughton, LA

We found this one still listed on the open market in Haughton and closed within a few weeks. No drawn out process, no back and forth. The house needed real work throughout: a dated kitchen, worn flooring, and a layout that wasn't working for anyone. We opened things up, refreshed every surface, and turned it into a home that's ready for its next family.
